What does this mean?

The arrival of the new 1.90:1 IMAX aspect ratio will allow content to appear up to 26% taller than the typical 2.35:1 widescreen format in Marvel films. Disney says that it will mean reduced black bars on the top and bottom, while you are watching scenes shot in IMAX. The expanded aspect ratio will thus allow you to enjoy Marvel’s action sequences with a pop on the larger real estate. IMAX Enhanced content, however, isn’t the same as the traditional IMAX aspect ratio of 1.85:1, which is squarer in comparison. Anyways, the newly IMAX Enhanced certified movies will get a prominent label on their Disney+ screens and users will be able to choose the standard widescreen version of the films.
